Who you are buying from

Klaus Mounts is a trading name of Klaus Custom Studio LLC, a California limited liability company based in Seaside, California, which operates this site. Contact: admin@klauscustom.com.

What you are buying

3D printed wall mounts for cordless power tools and batteries. Holders only. Tools, batteries, chargers and screws are not included.

Each holder is 3D printed in PETG. Because these are made individually rather than injection moulded, small cosmetic variation between parts is normal and is not a defect. Layer lines are visible. That is what a printed part looks like.

Fit

Holders are designed for the platform named on the listing. Manufacturers change tool and battery shapes over time, and I cannot test every model in every generation. If a holder does not fit the platform it was sold for, tell me within 30 days and I will reprint or refund it.

Not affiliated with any tool manufacturer

Klaus Custom Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Milwaukee, DeWalt, Ridgid, Makita, Ryobi, Craftsman, Bosch, Metabo HPT, or any other tool manufacturer. Brand names appear on this site only to describe which tools a holder is made to fit. All trademarks belong to their owners.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, though a price is locked once you have paid. Payment is handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.

If a price or product description is obviously wrong, I may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at the mistaken price.

Installation and safe use

Tool holders are made to mount under a shelf, cabinet or bench edge so the tool hangs straight down. They are not made for a flat wall, where the tool would stick straight out. Battery holders and charger mounts go flat on a wall.

These mount with screws, or with magnets on the magnetic battery holders. You choose and supply the screws, because the right screw depends on what you are mounting to. You are responsible for mounting them securely and into something that will hold the weight.

Do not use a holder to carry anything heavier than the tool or battery it was made for. Do not mount them above head height or anywhere a falling tool could hurt someone.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Klaus Custom Studio LLC's liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including damage to tools, property, or anything resulting from incorrect installation or misuse.

Nothing here limits any right you have under California or federal consumer law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Monterey County, California.

Changes

I may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you paid.
